The project researches and studies the individual brands of the Buffetti group (Pieffe, FullTime, Metropolitan and Timework) and defines guidelines on how the brands and their product portfolio will position themselves more clearly and effectively. A precise and well-defined positioning aims to achieve greater differentiation in front of customers, expressing the characteristics of the brand effectively without competing with the other brands of the group.
